How the Week Runs

8 days.
Every one counts.

Each day is built around a theme — from arrival and foundation through to challenge, recovery, and celebration. Here’s what a typical retreat week looks like.

Day 01
Arrival + Connection
Check in, welcome drinks, pool time, and introductions. Opening circle to align on the week ahead. Welcome group dinner to kick things off right.
Day 02
Foundation Day
Morning mobility, group run, and breakfast. Expert guest speaker sessions through the morning. Afternoon gym session, beach chill, and sunset swim.
Day 03
Run Day + Performance
Group run through iconic Bali scenery. Expert-led sessions on muscle growth and food performance. Training session followed by optional ice bath, sauna, and massage.
Day 04
Content + Q&A Day
Sunrise gym session, then live Q&A panels with the Prime Train team and guests. Afternoon padel competition. Group dinner at a top Uluwatu restaurant.
Day 05
Challenge Day
Beach sprint challenge at Dreamland Beach. Structured lift session at an elite facility. Warung lunch, then free afternoon — ice bath, sauna, swim, or rest.
Day 06
Recovery + Masterclasses
Group training session, then two back-to-back masterclasses from elite coaches and educators. Free afternoon. Sunset celebration to close the day.
Day 07
Final Day + Closing Party
Final group workout — leave it all on the floor. Closing reflections, biggest wins, lessons learned, and your 30-day action plan. Sunset closing celebration.
Day 08
Departures
Casual breakfast, checkout, and airport transfers. Leave Bali better than when you arrived — with a plan, better habits, and people in your corner.

The retreat is based at a private villa in Uluwatu, purpose-chosen for its training facilities, pool, outdoor spaces, and proximity to everything on the schedule.
